St. Louis chefs create artful cakes, inspired by SCOSaG students’ eco-themed artwork. Hosted by Catherine Neville, Publisher of Feast Magazine.
5:00 P.M. The Big Reveal
The clock chimes on the Eco-Challenge. Audience chooses the winning cake.
Cakes and art are auctioned to benefit SCOSaG. Raffle prizewinners are announced.
Play With Your Food is a sustainable event, with composting & recycling provided by the Moonrise Hotel and 100% of the electricity used during the event offset with renewable energy credits by AmerenUE’s Pure Power.
